3G "Pro Mod" Bumper Mounts

The original “Melting Pistons” bolt on solution, this is the 3rd Gen quick release bumper kit for the Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks. This bracket kit is made to utilize 1.25” “Quick Latch” style fasteners to mount a Laramie/Sport style bumper cover without the need for the heavy steel bumper support. With this kit you not only shed around 76lbs off of the nose of the truck (for you racers and sled pullers that are wondering), but seeing as the bumper can be removed in a matter of seconds you also gain the ease of access to the front of your engine bay/coolers. While a ton of you goobers street drive with this setup, the product is meant for competition use only since there is no longer a crash bar behind the plastic bumper. Custom powder coating is available upon request, but the kits come raw aluminum and included is all necessary hardware, minus the latches themselves. For the last couple of years the biggest complaint with this kit has been the fact that once installed, you lose your fog lights. Well fear not, we now have a solution! You can now order an additional bracket kit for mounting the fog lights with no need for the steel support. These brackets mount using factory style fog lights, and using all factory hardware! The only thing needed for install is to grind a tab off of the front cab bolt to allow the washer to slide off. Note: Some early 3rd gen trucks require clearancing to the front cab mount to allow you to rotate the brackets far enough to get the correct light alignment.
